1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ratio mobile application ("App"), operated by Weblink Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ratio is an AI-powered facial analysis application that scores features including jaw, skin, eyes, and hair. Based on your analysis, the App generates personalized daily skincare and exercise routines. The App also includes a friend leaderboard with invite links and push notifications for daily routine reminders.

3. Subscription Terms

  • Ratio offers a weekly auto-renewable subscription at $4.99/week, billed through Apple In-App Purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews each week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
  • Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
  • An optional consumable purchase of $3.99 is available for additional facial analysis scans.

4. User Accounts & Data

  • You must create an account using email authentication to access the App's features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Profile data you provide (such as gender, skin type, and preferences) is used to personalize your experience.
  • Facial photos are captured via your device camera and processed by AI for analysis. Photos are not stored permanently on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Submit fake, manipulated, or third-party photos for facial analysis
  • Use the leaderboard or invite features to harass, bully, or demean other users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or circumvent restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, code, AI models, text, and graphics — are owned by Weblink Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data and photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's services.

7. Disclaimers

  • Ratio is provided for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. It is not medical advice.
  • AI-generated scores, routines, and recommendations are informational and should not replace professional medical or dermatological consultation.
  • Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from following the App's recommendations.
  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weblink Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
